CU's spring practices start next week. Which to you is the most important story to follow over the next eight weeks?
- The quarterback battle, and the new offense in the post-Shedeur world. Will a quarterback take the lead? Will the new offense demonstrate a commitment to the running game? (40%, 55 Votes)
- Coach Prime's contract extension. It will be the first question at every press conference (if it isn't, it should be). The Buff Nation needs clarification as to the future of the program (34%, 46 Votes)
- Which players will still be with the team come August? It's a fact of the life in the new world of college football that players will leave in April. Can CU hang on to the core of the team? (26%, 35 Votes)

ESPN labels CU's wide receiver room its "position of intrigue" for spring practices. Do you agree?
- Every position for me is a "position of intrigue" this spring. We've been without CU football for three months, and the Buffs are back practicing next week. I'm excited for all of it! (50%, 75 Votes)
- No. For starters, who will take over the lead as QB1, and how the offensive line shapes up, are far more interesting than which of the many talented wide receivers play better this spring (36%, 54 Votes)
- Yes. CU's top four wide receivers, including Travis Hunter, and gone. There is a mix of returning talent, transfers, and freshmen. How the room sorts itself will be a main topic of conversation (14%, 21 Votes)

Is the settlement of the FSU/Clemson v. ACC lawsuits a pathway to the end of the ACC Conference?
- My interest is solely focused on my Buffs, and I see this settlement as an opportunity for CU to solidify itself as a national player over the next years. I hope CU can maintain nationally relevant (59%, 69 Votes)
- Yes. By reducing the payouts to leave, the ACC has laid the groundwork for FSU, Clemson, North Carolina and Miami to seek better deals. It may not happen until 2030, but it will happen (23%, 27 Votes)
- Not necessarily. By giving the big dogs a bigger slice of the pie (which the Pac-12 wasn't willing to give USC), the smaller ACC programs bought themselves some time to keep the conference together (18%, 21 Votes)

Are you "all in" on the CU "Buffs All In" Campaign?
- Sorry, but no. I hope that CU can get the extra $200,000, but I'm not going to be a part of the campaign (44%, 35 Votes)
- We'll see. Just like a telethon or an auction, this will likely come down to the last minute. If CU is at 199 donors late on Thursday ... I may be the donor which helps CU cash the $200,000 check! (30%, 24 Votes)
- Yes! Count me in. You can donate to any sport you would like, and, if CU can get to 200 donors by Thursday, an anonymous donor will kick in $200,000. Let's make it happen! (26%, 21 Votes)

Which of the following challenges for offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur to you is the most significant?
- Finding a rushing attack. CU can't last in the nation in rushing in 2025 and have hopes of repeating a nine-win season. Be it the line, the backs, or the calls, the running game has to emerge (85%, 154 Votes)
- Play-calling. "Hero ball" with Shedeur and four NFL-worthy wide receivers was fun in 2025, but it isn't going to work in 2025. Pick a QB, and build your offense around him (10%, 18 Votes)
- Leading a coaching staff with very little experience. Marshall Faulk and Andre Gurode were splashy hires, but they bring precious little coaching experience to the table (5%, 10 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
