Colorado opens as a 3.0-point road favorite over Texas Tech (2:00 p.m., MT, Fox). Thoughts?
- Goes to show how close this game could be. If Texas Tech hadn't defeated Iowa State, this might be a two-score line. Buffs need to be wary, and then take care of business on Saturday (60%, 154 Votes)
- I'm worried about this game. Texas Tech showed that they can take down a ranked team as a double-digit underdog. With Big Noon Saturday on hand, the crowd will be frenzied ... Could be a loss (31%, 80 Votes)
- Just like seemingly every other CU game, the line will move in the Buffs' favor as the week goes on. Going to be a big CU win, so take the Buffs and give the points now! (9%, 23 Votes)

Texas Tech knocks off previously unbeaten and 11th-ranked Iowa State - on the road - 23-22. Thoughts?
- Good news for the Buffs. The Cyclones now have a loss in Big 12 play (and K-State now has two). CU's path to the Big 12 title game is much clearer than it was before (60%, 185 Votes)
- Good news for the Buffs. No chance CU will be overlooking a team which just won a big game on the road. No worries about a let down in preparation for next Saturday's game in Lubbock (31%, 95 Votes)
- Bad news for the Buffs. I would have much preferred to have Texas Tech come into the game on a three-game losing streak. Saturday's game looks much more difficult than it did before this weekend (9%, 28 Votes)

Study: CU the most "hated" program in college football. Thoughts?
- Not surprised. If you spend any time on social media, you know that the haters are numerous, and ready to pounce on any negative story or result about CU (35%, 57 Votes)
- Love it! The haters have had their time in the sun (here's looking at you, Paul Finebaum et al.), but with CU turning the corner, they have been silenced! (35%, 56 Votes)
- All things considered, I'd just as soon not be No. 1 on this list. It seems that Coach Prime and the players have toned down the rhetoric, perhaps the hate will be toned down as well (30%, 48 Votes)

Which of the following Big-12 games this weekend for you holds the most interest?
- Texas Tech at No. 11 Iowa State (1:30 p.m., MT, ESPN). With CU on a bye, it's a good chance for Buff fans to check out CU's next opponent. Are the Cyclones for real? Will the Red Raiders' rebound? (81%, 169 Votes)
- No. 17 Kansas State at Houston (1:30 p.m., MT, Fox). Houston is looking better after a win over Utah ... and the Buffs need the Wildcats to lose a game to get ahead of KSU in the Big 12 standings (9%, 19 Votes)
- None of the above. I need: a) a break from football for a weekend; or b) to build up some goodwill with my significant other for future weekends of football binging (8%, 16 Votes)
- Arizona State at Oklahoma State (5:00 p.m., MT, Fox). Are the Sun Devils that much better than expected? Are the Cowboys that much worse than expected? Let's find out (2%, 4 Votes)
Start Date: October 31, 2024 @ 4:32 pm

Rate your level of confidence that CU will earn a berth in the Big 12 Championship game
- Low to Medium. BYU and Iowa State are undefeated, and Kansas State has the tie-breaker over the Buffs. Too many games would have to fall just right for a title game berth to work out (54%, 162 Votes)
- Don't even talk about it (we shouldn't jinx anything by even mentioning it). Strange how we go from relief over six wins to expecting the world. Just enjoy six ... and hope for No. 7 next week (41%, 123 Votes)
- Medium to High. If you look at CU's schedule, four more wins are certainly a reasonable expectation. If the teams above CU stumble just a little, the Buffs can be in the title game in Arlington (5%, 17 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
