CU (and every other Pac-12 school) to receive $3.2 million (over six years) as part of the Pac-12 payout for this year's run in the NCAA tournament. Thoughts?
- Nice little half-million bonus per year at a time when the budgets are hurting. Glad the Pac-12 made a nice run this year ... and might have positioned itself for more bids in the future (70%, 145 Votes)
- Good money. It's a shame that the women's tournament (two Pac-12 teams in the Final Four) doesn't work the same way (no payouts based on performance), because the Pac-12 women's teams are good! (21%, 44 Votes)
- Nice one-year run (19 units), but the Pac-12 has had some really bad years (three total units in 2018; seven total units in 2019), so we'll see if this year was a one-off, or the start of a trend (9%, 19 Votes)

Which quote about the CU running backs do you find to be the most encouraging?
- Alex Fontenot on the RB room: “There’s a lot of talent, really, but the way I look at it is like, I know my abilities. I’m going to show out regardless. I’m going to find a way on the field" (67%, 126 Votes)
- Alex Fontenot on Jarek Broussard: “Watching Bru, that was really fun for me ... Seeing his struggle and him finally be able to show what he can do, I’m proud of him for what he did" (18%, 33 Votes)
- Karl Dorrell on Alex Fontenot: “He feels good. He doesn’t look like he’s favoring anything. He’s making good cuts; I think he’s over the hump. It’s good to have him back" (15%, 29 Votes)

Which quote from new defensive coordinator Chris Wilson do you like the best?
- "I've been a part of a lot of winning programs and championships and the one thing that I think that sets (this coaching staff) apart is that their ability to lead" (44%, 91 Votes)
- “Here’s what I know: schemes are predicated off of players. I’m not married to any systems. I’m married to players. If all the systems were great, everybody would call the same plays all the time" (32%, 65 Votes)
- "We’re going to be whatever we need to be every week to get our best players on the field, and to take away the things hopefully that these offenses do pretty well, so we’re very fluid" (24%, 49 Votes)

Which of following of Neill Woelk's Seven Storylines will be the one you'll be paying the most attention to?
- Replace departed starters on the defensive line and at safety - This is really the key to the season. Can the Buff defense fill the holes and become one of the best defenses in the Pac-12? (46%, 95 Votes)
- Develop depth on the offensive line and replace standout tackle - If successful at this task, CU has enough weapons in the skill positions to make the 2021 offense a fun one to watch (38%, 79 Votes)
- Inside linebacker development - We all hope Nate Landman will be back at 100%, but, if he can't, CU will need one of its other inside linebackers to step up and become dominant (16%, 34 Votes)

CU receives a commitment from 6'1", 190-pound defensive back from Dallas, Keyshon Mills. Thoughts?
- Guess we'll have to trust the coaches on this one. He wants to be the next Christian Gonzalez ... and that would be a good thing. Cautiously optimistic on this one (50%, 122 Votes)
- A 6'1" cornerback from a 6-A Texas program who can run a 4.4 40? What's not to like? Welcome to the Black-and-Gold, Mr. Mills! (38%, 92 Votes)
- Offers from Kansas - which just fired their coach - and Liberty? Playing in a hotbed of Texas talent, and 247 Sports didn't even have him rated? Color me unimpressed (12%, 31 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
