Which of the following "CU at the NFL Draft" facts do you find to be the most surprising/interesting?
- That, despite a 15-year drought of quality play, Colorado remains in the Top 25 (No. 23) in all-time NFL draft picks (78%, 142 Votes)
- That CU is in the top ten nationally in all time defensive back picks (and one pick away from the top five) (16%, 30 Votes)
- That CU has actually had two drafts in the past decade (2011; 2017) with four draft picks (6%, 10 Votes)

What about the CU defensive lineup gives you the most concern heading into next season?
- None of the above. There are questions about the defense (isn't there always?), but this roster is perhaps the best since 2016 - I'm excited about this defense! (45%, 91 Votes)
- That the cornerbacks roster is very young, and potentially (if injuries continue) very thin (23%, 47 Votes)
- That the safeties unit consists of Derrion Rakestraw ... and a number of players who have yet to prove themselves wearing the black-and-gold (22%, 44 Votes)
- That the outside linebackers unit consists of Carson Wells ... and not much else (10%, 22 Votes)

Outside of the competition for quarterback, which position race were you looking most forward to on offense this spring?
- Offensive line - Replacements need to be found for two seniors (Arlington Hambright and Tim Lynott, Jr.) need to be replaced (both started all 12 games last fall). Who will those replacements be? (44%, 89 Votes)
- Wide receivers - Would it be time for Daniel Arias to shine? Or Dimitri Stanley? Or Vontae Shenault? (29%, 58 Votes)
- Running backs - Would Alex Fontenot be able to fend off Jaren Mangham and Deion Smith (with Ashaad Clayton waiting in the wings)? (27%, 56 Votes)

What would you think about CU picking up transfers J.T. Daniels (quarterback) and Scottie Young, Jr. (safety)?
- Love to get both. A star quarterback from USC and a three-year starter at safety from Arizona? Gimme!! (37%, 80 Votes)
- Doesn't matter. I don't see CU as being in the running for either player. Even in a weird off-season, CU is not entitled to nice things (32%, 70 Votes)
- I would think safety Scottie Young, Jr. would be a nice pickup (and he knows cornerbacks coach Demetrice Martin), but J.T. Daniels was a head case at USC, and would be a head case in Boulder (31%, 66 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
