CU At The Game Podcast – Coach Prime’s New Lieutenants
—
… Spring practices are underway, and I’m here to talk Buff football with Brad Geiger and Neil Langland, and we are devoting much of this episode to discussing CU’s new assistant coaches.
Coach Prime’s lieutenants are led by returning coordinators Pat Shurmur and Robert Livingston, but there are new faces, including a new gold jacket, amongst the new assistants. New coaches for the offensive line are joining ranks with Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk, in the fold to guide the running backs. These new Buff coaches will be working to improve CU’s rushing attack, which was last in the nation in 2024. New defensive line coaches will be joining everyone’s favorite interview – Hall of Famer Warren Sapp – to guide what may be one of the best defensive lines in the country.
We will also talk about two other possible changes to the national and Big 12 landscape, with the Big 12 conference floating the idea of going back to divisions, while Coach Prime – and others – are openly discussing having future Spring Games involve scrimmages with other teams.
It’s always fun to have the Buffs back in pads. We hope you enjoy our latest discussion of all things CU football …
