CU and Utah are both 4-7, 1-7 in Pac-12 play. I prefer the season of:
- CU. Utah may be on its way down; CU (arguably) is on its way up (47%, 98 Votes)
- Utah. The Utes stayed close in almost every game; they were a few plays away from a bowl (43%, 89 Votes)
- Neither. I'd rather have the 4-7 season of Northwestern, Florida, TCU, West Virginia, Illinois or Tennessee (10%, 20 Votes)

Buffs lose a defensive back recruit, likely to Nebraska
- Losing a two-star prospect who committed early doesn't bother me. This gives CU a chance at a better recruit (51%, 120 Votes)
- Discouraging. Speed in the defensive back field is a real need. Buffs can't afford to lose recruits (26%, 61 Votes)
- Take it as a compliment. Good to see Buff recruits getting attention from other BCS schools (23%, 55 Votes)

Buffs pick up an unrated JC long-snapper
- CU has a need, and filled it with the No. 2 long-snapper in the nation. It sounds like a smart move (60%, 125 Votes)
- I guess I'm fine with it, but I'd really like to see Mac & Co. pick up some more highly rated recruits (33%, 69 Votes)
- CU needs to zealously protect every scholarship. No way this is the best use for one of the few remaining spots in the Class of 2014 (7%, 15 Votes)

My grade for the CU effort against USC ...
- C - Defense played well at times, but team struggled overall (49%, 113 Votes)
- D - CU had 73 yards of offense in the first half; consolation touchdowns late made the score better than the game (27%, 63 Votes)
- B - Buffs continued to fight throughout; they did themselves proud (17%, 38 Votes)
- F - No lowering of standards - An 18-point loss at home should always get an "F" (7%, 16 Votes)
Start Date: November 24, 2013 @ 12:02 am

Did the time/temperature of the CU/USC game affect your decision to attend?
- No. I wasn't planning on going, anyway. (61%, 52 Votes)
- No. I was going regardless ... and am still going! (27%, 23 Votes)
- Yes. If it had been an afternoon game - or warmer! - I would have gone (12%, 10 Votes)
Start Date: November 23, 2013 @ 11:01 am

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
