The Athletic: Coach Prime's coaching staff a net downgrade from last season. Thoughts?
- I'm willing to give Coach Prime the benefit of the doubt, at least for now ... But I can see how an outside would look at this roster of coaches and wonder about the direction of the program (59%, 154 Votes)
- Did anyone at The Athletic check out CU's numbers under Lewis and Kelly? CU was 80th in total offense and 127th in total defense last season. Change was required (27%, 71 Votes)
- Sad, but true. Sean Lewis was a head coach, and Charles Kelly came from the Nick Saban tree. Now ... Pat Shurmur and Robert Livingston? Definitely a downgrade (14%, 37 Votes)

CU basketball teams lose at home, with the men losing (again) to Arizona and the women losing (again) to Oregon State. Which loss is more problematic?
- The men losing to No. 8 Arizona at home. The Buffs are short on quality wins, and could have taken themselves off of the Bubble with a win. Now ... March Madness is slipping away (62%, 121 Votes)
- Neither are problematic, at least right now. It's still the second week of February. What matters most is how the teams are playing in March. There is still time to right these ships - and they can (22%, 43 Votes)
- The women losing to No. 17 Oregon State. The Buffs have only four losses on the season, with two to the Beavers. The next three games are on the road - all against ranked teams. Not a good send off (16%, 30 Votes)

It's time! Your prediction for the Super Bowl - San Francisco is a 1.5-point favorite over Kansas City
- San Francisco has been the better - and more consistent - team all season. Valor Christian's Christian McCaffrey will run all over the Chiefs to bring the hardware back to the Bay Area (45%, 75 Votes)
- Kansas City is a team of destiny. The Chiefs weren't supposed to beat Buffalo or Baltimore. Kansas City's experience will carry the day, making it back-to-back for the Chiefs (36%, 59 Votes)
- I'm not going to make a call because: a) I am more interested in the commercials/halftime show; b) I don't care about the NFL; or c) I don't like either team (19%, 32 Votes)

CU coaching staff officially announced, with Pat Shurmur as the offensive coordinator and Robert Livingston as the defensive coordinator. Rate your level of confidence in the new coordinators
- Medium. The mantra for the next six months will have to be "In Deion We Trust". The lineup is better, and we'll have to believe that this coaching staff will make it work on the field (59%, 138 Votes)
- Low. Clearly, Livingston was a backup to the backup choice, and Shurmur didn't exactly inspire confidence in CU's winless November. Looking like quality coaches don't want to come to CU (24%, 55 Votes)
- High. Shurmur was handicapped by a terrible offensive line and an injured quarterback. Livingston will have a stronger defense than Kelly had last year. Buckle up, Buff fans, and enjoy the ride (17%, 41 Votes)

CU hires Cincinnati Bengals secondary coach Robert Livingston as defensive coordinator. Thoughts?
- Well, Coach Livingston is going to have a direct impact on getting Shilo Sanders and Travis Hunter into the NFL, so I'm guessing Coach Prime thinks this will work. In Coach Prime we trust! (38%, 91 Votes)
- Looks like a good hire. Young, hungry, with a history of producing All-Pro defensive backs. Glad to have Livingston on board - let's get ready for spring ball! (31%, 75 Votes)
- Umm ... A splash hire? Nope. Recruiting experience? Nope. We have been waiting for some time for the announcement, so I can only guess this is Coach Prime's third (or fourth?) choice. Sad day (31%, 74 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
