How would you rate your interest in following the Transfer Tracker Portal the next few weeks
- High. The fate of the 2024 Buffs hangs in the balance. The players who are leaving - and the ones who will replace them - will give us an idea of what CU's record will be this fall (44%, 105 Votes)
- Medium. If the Buffs pick up a few starters ... or lose a few starters ... is certainly worth tracking, but I'm assuming that most of the fall roster is in place and practicing (41%, 97 Votes)
- Low. The roster won't be official until August. There will be plenty of in's and out's between now and then, so I'm not going to get bogged down in the player-by-player roster changes in April (15%, 35 Votes)

The Athletic rates CU's Recruiting Potential at No. 37 nationally - fifth in the Big 12. Thoughts?
- The Athletic, along with the other pundits, is paying too much attention to the high school recruiting ranks. Today's recruiting is about the Portal and retention, and CU is doing what's necessary (51%, 86 Votes)
- Actually, it sounds about right. What Coach Prime is doing with his recruiting strategy is unconventional, but the survey recognizes that CU is one of the top schools in the Big 12 (26%, 44 Votes)
- I'm actually surprised CU was ranked this high. Coach Prime, along with his recent predecessors, have underachieved when it comes to CU's recruiting potential (23%, 39 Votes)

The second Transfer Portal officially opens Monday, April 15th, and runs for two weeks. How many Buffs will enter the Portal this spring?
- 5-10 players. This roster is now made up almost exclusively of Coach Prime players. There is always attrition, but this spring will be remarkably quiet compared to last spring (52%, 92 Votes)
- 10-15 players. About average nationally. There will be - and needs to be - some room made for the new players the coaches want to bring in. It will be busy, but not exceptionally so (39%, 70 Votes)
- Over 15 players. Buff fans need to be prepared for another reshaping of the roster. It won't be the 50-player bloodbath of last spring, but significant roster moves are coming (9%, 16 Votes)
Start Date: April 13, 2024 @ 4:20 pm
End Date: No Expiry
Travis Hunter spending time this spring working at nickel back. Thoughts?
- I'm just enjoying this once-in-a-lifetime talent who is wearing the black-and-gold. Hunter has no limits, so let's see what he can do mastering a third position (71%, 120 Votes)
- I like it. As cornerbacks coach Kevin Mathis put it, the best receiver may not be lining up outside. Having Travis Hunter be able to take on the opponent's receiver all over the field will be a plus (22%, 37 Votes)
- Not sure I'm a fan of this move. Hunter could be a Thorpe Award winner at corner, shutting down half the field. Dividing his time could make him less effective come the fall (7%, 11 Votes)
Start Date: April 12, 2024 @ 4:09 pm
End Date: No Expiry
247 Sports doesn't put Colorado on the list of teams likely to be most active in the Transfer Portal this spring. Thoughts?
- It depends on how many defections there are from the current roster. These are almost all Coach Prime's guys now. It will be interesting to see how many leave (and how many openings are created) (72%, 110 Votes)
- Disagree. It won't be the complete overhaul like last spring, but as long as Coach Prime is in Boulder, every Transfer Portal period will be an exciting and volatile time in Boulder (24%, 36 Votes)
- Agree. It's time for Coach Prime and his staff to settle in with the roster and start building a program. Last year was an aberration; this spring is about stability (4%, 7 Votes)
Start Date: April 11, 2024 @ 4:48 pm

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
