Which of the following events from the past week will have the most lasting impact?
- That CU received commitments from a 5-star defensive end, a 4-star running back, and a 3-star linebacker whose father & grandfather played in the NFL. (Of course, we still have to sign them) (78%, 300 Votes)
- The Buffs beat Stanford, 16-13. The game not only ended a five-game winning streak, it served notice to Buff fans (and the Pac-12) that the Buffs are on their way back under Tucker & Co. (13%, 50 Votes)
- That the basketball team defeated ASU (a projected tourney team), and earned its first national ranking in almost six years. This is going to be a tournament team - and will make some noise once there (9%, 33 Votes)

What was the most impressive aspect of CU's victory over Stanford?

Colorado 16, Stanford 13. Thoughts ....?
- Love it!!! The defense held an opponent under 30 points for the first time in a year, and did it in style. Fan-freakin'-tastic!! (46%, 193 Votes)
- Damn, it would be nice to have the USC game back ... or Air Force ... or Arizona. Oh well, at least CU won't end the season on an eight game losing streak - Go Buffs! (39%, 165 Votes)
- A good win, but Stanford isn't exactly tearing it up this fall. Enjoy the win, and the bye week, before two tough games to send CU into the winter bowl-less once again (15%, 64 Votes)

This is it! Your prediction for the outcome of CU's Homecoming game, 2019 ...
- A beautiful day with over a dozen recruits on hand. Buffs come out angry, and take out their frustrations on the Cardinal. Montez will play well, with the defense playing well enough for a CU victory! (58%, 116 Votes)
- Stanford is a three-point favorite, and I also see a close game. Unfortunately, like the USC game, I see the Buffs failing again in the fourth quarter. A close loss at home ... again (31%, 61 Votes)
- Stanford, with quarterback K.J. Costello back in the lineup, is playing like the preseason ranked team it was. Hate to say it, but it feels like a Cardinal rout (11%, 23 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
