Colorado listed as a 3.5-point favorite on the road over Arizona (Sat., 5:00 p.m., MT, FS1). Thoughts?
- CU has finished 5-7 the past three years, and has lost to Arizona (and Kahlil Tate) the past three years. Buffs have to overcome this mental hurdle and get win No. 4 (and improve their bowl chances) (55%, 181 Votes)
- Makes sense. Considering Las Vegas usually gives an extra three points to the home team, that makes CU about a touchdown favorite, which seems about right (27%, 90 Votes)
- Give the points and cash in! CU is 3-0 and looking good; Arizona is 0-3 and looking bad. Can't believe the line is this low (18%, 61 Votes)

What did you like best about the Buffs' 20-10 victory over San Diego State?
- That the Buffs were able - on short notice - to hold off a good Aztec team by playing (with the exception of the pick-six) sound, fundamental football. A nice reflection on the coaching staff (43%, 159 Votes)
- That the Buffs are now bowl eligible. After three seasons of frustration, the Buffs won a bowl-eligibility game (now, on to win No. 4 to ensure a bowl bid!). (32%, 117 Votes)
- That the CU defense showed it can dominate a game, giving up only 155 total yards and only three points on the scoreboard (25%, 93 Votes)

Colorado goes to 3-0 with a 20-10 non-conference victory over San Diego State. Thoughts?
- A win is a win is a win. The number of undefeated Power Five teams heading into December? Fewer than ten ... I am just overjoyed that CU is one of them. Survive and advance! (47%, 215 Votes)
- A great team win. The offense struggled (against a very good defense), but the Buff defense was dominant throughout. Love being 3-0! (34%, 157 Votes)
- Glad for the victory, but let's pump the brakes on Pac-12 title talk. SDSU played without its top quarterback and top running back ... and it showed. The lack of a killer instinct remains (19%, 86 Votes)

It's time! Your prediction for Colorado v. San Diego State (3:00 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks)
- If CU is 3-0 come Saturday night, I don't care if the win is an ugly one or a close one. Just find a way to win (and get to bowl eligibility) Buffs! (70%, 234 Votes)
- Two days ago, we thought the Buffs could win on the road against USC. If CU can stay with USC, they can handle the Aztecs. Buffs make a statement, and get to 3-0 going away! (25%, 82 Votes)
- SDSU has spent the last two years with a defense in the top ten nationally in both total defense and scoring defense. I'm afraid a frustrated Buff offense could net a frustrated CU fan base Saturday (5%, 16 Votes)

USC backs out of Saturday's game ... CU to take on San Diego State (3:00 p.m., MT, Pac-12 Networks). Thoughts?
- Glad Rick George was on top of this, and gives CU a chance at a third game. Not so glad that CU went from national ABC game to a "no one will watch" Pac-12 Networks game (51%, 184 Votes)
- I'm up for it. CU has a chance at a third win, and at home. Much better than sitting home for a second consecutive week. Go Buffs! (44%, 160 Votes)
- Not a fan. It's a lose/lose situation for CU, with minimal preparation (reportedly San Diego State has been prepping for CU all week). It's either an embarrassing loss, or a "who cares?" win (5%, 18 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
