Which of the following quotes from offensive coordinator Mike Sanford do you find to be the most encouraging?
- "Right now we’re putting a system in place that really could embody the skill sets of somebody who can run tremendously at QB or somebody that’s going to be a surgeon at the line of scrimmage" (53%, 95 Votes)
- “That position is always open for competition ...We’re going to compete with each other, not against each other ... There’s not going to be kind of a Team JT and a Team Brendon or Team Drew" (26%, 46 Votes)
- “We have enough in that room. There’s enough clay in that room to be able to build this offense around their skill sets” (21%, 38 Votes)

CU at the Game launches an NIL campaign, with Buff athletes given $500 for an interview and CUATG promotion. Thoughts?
- I'm just glad to see that there is something - anything - being done to show CU athletes that the Buff Nation is willing to participate in the world of Name, Image and Likeness (54%, 99 Votes)
- It's okay, I guess. The concept of paying players still rings hollow with me. Football fans should be resisting this type of payout to players (24%, 44 Votes)
- Love it ... I've already contributed (or am planning to contribute to the GoFundMe campaign) and am looking forward to the podcasts with the players. (22%, 40 Votes)

Karl Dorrell: "It may not have been appropriate" to leave right after the season to recruit. Thoughts?
- Not sure it would have made any difference. I appreciated Coach Dorrell owning the possible oversight. There are many moving parts in this new world of recruiting, and everyone is learning as they go (69%, 216 Votes)
- Amen. Dorrell acknowledged that he may have lost some of his current players by not speaking with them right after the season. Hard to understand why CU didn't see this coming (25%, 77 Votes)
- Not really concerned. Had Dorrell stayed home and worked on keeping current players, fans would be complaining he didn't spend enough time on the road (6%, 20 Votes)

CU's Recruiting Class of 2022 finishes 3rd in the Pac-12, 42nd overall (Rivals) - 5th in the Pac-12, 46th overall (247 Sports). Thoughts?
- CU's average player ranking is 2.83, which is only good enough for 9th in the Pac-12. There's some value in a big Class, but let's not get overly excited here (45%, 144 Votes)
- Considering the defections, this is an acceptable Class. Unfortunately, the Buffs again will be "a young team". CU did well in 2016 with a motivated senior Class - waiting for a repeat of that (36%, 117 Votes)
- Like it. How many times does CU have the 3rd-ranked Class in the Pac-12? (And that's not even counting the Transfer Portal additions). A good Class (19%, 60 Votes)

Which of the Tuesday commitments do you think has the most promise for the Buffs going forward?
- Class of 2022 running back Anthony Hankerson. Offers from almost 20 Power Five conference schools? That's the type of player CU needs to be recruiting. Hope his recruitment (a grey-shirt?) works out (65%, 194 Votes)
- Junior college defensive back Jeremy Mack. A good player in a position of need (with three years of eligibility). Mack checks all of the boxes - a good pickup (22%, 65 Votes)
- Class of 2023 quarterback Ryan Staub. I'm glad to see that CU locked up its quarterback recruit early. From an empty quarterback room to one full of options, CU has made significant strides (13%, 40 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
