CU finishes the 2022-23 season with an 18-17 record and a second round NIT loss to Utah Valley. Is it time to move on from Coach Boyle?
- Coach Tad is CU's all-time leading winner, has 9 of CU's 13 all-time 20-win seasons, and more post-season wins than all other CU coaches COMBINED. This is the Golden Age of CU basketball, folks (53%, 163 Votes)
- Coach Tad has one of the top ten recruits in the nation coming in next year. He deserves at least one more season to see what he can do with a one-and-done prospect (43%, 132 Votes)
- That's one NCAA tournament appearance since 2016. Tad Boyle has certainly raised the floor for CU basketball, but there also appears to be a ceiling. It may be time to move on from the Boyle era (4%, 14 Votes)

Coach Prime and the first day of spring practices. Which of the following to you is the best story?
- That the players are going to start out with blank jerseys, and are going to have to "earn their numbers". If there are any players out there who haven't bought in yet, they won't make it to fall (64%, 149 Votes)
- That he had the players give themselves a grade for the first day, and they gave themselves a "C". I like that he is giving them ownership of - and responsibility for - the success of the practices (30%, 71 Votes)
- That he came in on his scooter and wore a cowboy hat. He is all about the presentation, and the players - and future recruits - are buying into Coach Prime and the future of CU football (6%, 14 Votes)

Which of the following priorities for spring outlined by Neill Woelk do you believe to be the most important?
- Install new schemes on both sides of the ball ... The entire coaching staff is new, and half of the roster is new. Coach Prime and his staff have to install a new offense and defense in 15 practices (53%, 125 Votes)
- Continue to build culture and continuity ... It can't be a team of the new guys v. the old guys. There will be intense competition this spring just to make the team. A tough but necessary task (39%, 92 Votes)
- Don't worry about the schedule ... Coach Prime didn't get any favors from his AD or from the Pac-12 in setting up a difficult September schedule. The Buffs need to focus on their own team for now (8%, 19 Votes)

What CU sports story are you most looking forward this weekend?
- CU football opens spring practices on Sunday. Sure, there won't be much news, but it will be the first time the Buffs are on the practice field under Coach Prime ... I can't wait! (47%, 90 Votes)
- No. 6 CU women v. No. 11 Middle Tennessee State (Saturday, 5:00 p.m., MT, ESPNNews). The CU women are in the Big Dance for the second year in a row, and are favored against Blue Raiders (27%, 51 Votes)
- No. 3 CU men v. No. 7 Utah State (Sunday, 7:30 p.m., ESPNU). The Buffs get to play a second (and, if they win, a third) round game at the CEC. The Buffs can still salvage something from this season (26%, 49 Votes)

Buffs to take on Utah Valley at home in the second round of the NIT. Thoughts?
- This is a Utah Valley team which not only beat New Mexico in The Pit, but beat Oregon in Eugene. Buffs can't take the Wolverines for granted (39%, 87 Votes)
- Things have broken well for CU. The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds on their side of the bracket have lost. CU can win two games - both at home - and make it to the NIT semifinals in Las Vegas. Go Buffs! (35%, 79 Votes)
- All I know is that Colorado is still playing basketball, and Arizona is done for the season. Who knew we would be saying that a week ago? Go Buffs (nice going, Cats!) (26%, 59 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
