Which of the following Pac-12 coaches (rated as "all good for now" by CBS Sports) do you think will be the first to be fired (or move on)?
- Chip Kelly, UCLA ... It won't happen this year, but the Bruins are going to be - pardon the phrase - out of their league in the Big Ten. It won't be long until Kelly retires ... or is shown the door (56%, 106 Votes)
- Jonathan Smith, Oregon State ... The Beavers are also overachievers, but Smith is proving himself to be more than capable. He won't be fired ... he'll be hired away by a better school (23%, 44 Votes)
- Jake Dickert, Washington State ... The Cougars have been overachievers, but that will be more and more difficult with the Cougars appearing to be an odd-man out in upcoming realignment (12%, 22 Votes)
- Jedd Fisch, Arizona ... There was improvement between Years 1 and 2, but there might be a slide in the coming years (or a series of 5-7 seasons), leading to a search for something better (9%, 17 Votes)

Oklahoma head coach Brent Venables: “You know, I gave guys twelve months of grace. I was unlike Deion (Sanders). I gave guys 12 months of grace to figure it out". Thoughts?
- It is going to be an interesting season. Either these critics are going to be saying, "I told you so" ... or eating their words. The season can't get here soon enough, so we can find out (44%, 109 Votes)
- What a jerk. So ... Coach Prime was supposed to take the worst Power Five team - by a wide margin - and give players a year to try and prove themselves? What a joke (29%, 73 Votes)
- Just wondering how well this philosophy worked out for Veneables. Despite having a roster loaded with four- and five-star players, he went 6-7 last year. Perhaps he should have tried Prime's method (27%, 68 Votes)

Pac-12 Media Day is next Friday, July 21st. What are the chances there will be an announcement of the Pac-12's new media contracts?
- Low. If we have learned anything over the years, it's that the Pac-12 never misses an opportunity to fail. It would make perfect sense for the Media Day to be about the lack of a contract (55%, 91 Votes)
- Medium. It would be the perfect opportunity, with the nation's media focused on the Pac-12, to make an announcement. Hopefully, the Pac-12 will take advantage and end the speculation (30%, 49 Votes)
- High. Pac-12 commissioner George Kliavkoff can't hide anymore. If there isn't an announcement Friday, it's a clear sign the Pac-12 is in trouble (15%, 25 Votes)

When the Pac-12 preseason media poll is released next week, Colorado will be ranked ...
- 11th. Hate to say it, Buff fans, but this is where CU will be predicted to finish, ahead of only Stanford. The media has never seen anything like Coach Prime, and still don't know what to do with CU (58%, 114 Votes)
- 10th or higher. The Pac-12 media (hopefully) has done more research than most of the national media, and will give CU at least a little more credit (31%, 61 Votes)
- 12th. The media will continue its long tradition of using the prior years results as the best predictor for the following season ... and CU's 2022 was absurdly bad (11%, 20 Votes)

Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark: "We will continue to innovate, create and positively disrupt, living at the intersections of culture, sports and business”. Thoughts?
- At least the Big 12 has a commissioner who is taking an active role in improving his conference. George Kliavkoff will take the podium next Friday at Pac-12 Media Day. We'll see what he has to say (59%, 82 Votes)
- We all know what "positively disrupt" means - That if the Pac-12 can't get its act together, the Big 12 will have no qualms in invading the Pac-12 for additional members (25%, 35 Votes)
- Not interested. This is the same guy who vowed the Big 12 would become "young and hip". Not seeing much "hip" about Ames, Stillwater, Waco, Lubbock, Provo ... (16%, 21 Votes)

The Buffs need to wear the silver and gold that are the official school colors. Black jerseys are OK as the’ve been around for a long time, but out with the black helmets–and the white ones too. Gold helmets with silver pants, alternating with silver helmets and gold pants would be good. Nix on all black and all white!!
‘SkoBuffs!! Drub the Nubs.
Stuart, your polls are so thoughtful and on point. Appreciate you doing this and sharing it with your CUAtTheGame community.
Did Coach Hagan just let the cat out of the bag regarding Colorado’s starting QB?
Wouldn’t mind the Cheez-It Bowl at all, as I have connections at Kellogg’s (owns Cheez-it) who could get me tickets!! Is that Cheezy??? 🙂
